Welcome to fex̌hdā. By accessing our website and purchasing our products or curated aesthetic kits, you agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms protect both you as a valued client and fex̌hdā as an independent retail service provider.

1. The fex̌hdā Store

fex̌hdā operates as an independent online store. When you place an order, we process, inspect, and prepare your items through our integrated warehouse and logistics partners, who dispatch your shipment directly to your specified delivery address.

2. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display product colors, specifications, and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations in product packaging, color rendering, or minor design features may occur depending on display screens and manufacturer batches. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or inaccuracies at any time.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our site are displayed and billed in US Dollars (USD). If your payment account operates in a different currency, your bank or payment provider (such as PayPal or card issuers) will convert the transaction total at their active exchange rate.

fex̌hdā is not responsible for international transaction fees or exchange rate variances applied by your financial institution.

4. Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • Packaging: We aim to deliver all pieces of an order or curated kit together in consolidated packages. On rare occasions, depending on stock positioning, items may dispatch in separate tracked mailers.
  • Delivery Timelines: Standard US shipping typically arrives within 7 to 15 business days after processing. All delivery windows are estimates, and fex̌hdā is not liable for minor delays caused by postal carrier backlogs, weather conditions, or regional customs inspections.
  • Import & Address Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Any local taxes or administrative fees levied by regional postal authorities upon import remain the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fex̌hdā shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website access or product usage. Our total cumulative liability is strictly capped at the purchase value of the order in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content—including store typography, logos, graphic design assets, product curation layouts, and text—is the exclusive property of fex̌hdā. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

All purchases, returns, and damaged item replacements are strictly governed by our official Refund and Returns Policy. Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once fulfillment processing begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded for “change of mind.” If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to customer service within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

8. Governing Law

These terms and any transaction agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
